The Rabobank Pension Fund property portfolio, managed by Syntrus Achmea, has been named the best-performing Balanced Fund in the Netherlands by MSCI. The portfolio earned the highest total yield versus the MSCI - All Property benchmark, measured over a period of three years up till December 2018.
The Rabobank Pension Fund has received the ‘MSCI European Property Investment Award for best performing balanced fund in the Dutch market’. The property fund earned an average return of 12.2 percent per year over the past three years. The total portfolio size was €2.3 billion as of year-end 2018.
